Unitool Shipping Policy

Q: Does the item come with free shipping?

A: Yes. Unitool provides free express shipping on most DIY tool orders to eligible destinations.

Note: If your shipping address is in a remote or extended service area, additional shipping costs may apply based on standard carrier rates. In such cases, we will contact you before shipment for confirmation.


Q: How can I check the status of my package?

A: Once your order is shipped, you can find your tracking number:

  • In your order details on our website, and/or

  • In the shipping confirmation email sent by Unitool.

Q: How long does delivery usually take?

A: Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Please allow a total of approximately 2–5 business days for order processing and delivery of your Unitool DIY tools.


Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

We cannot deliver to the following areas at this time:

  1. Alaska

  2. American Samoa

  3. Guam

  4. Hawaii

  5. Marshall Islands

  6. Northern Mariana Islands

  7. Palau

  8. Puerto Rico

  9. Rhode Island

  10. U.S. Virgin Islands

  11. Armed Forces Americas

Q: How will my Unitool products be shipped?

A: We use reliable express delivery services (such as UPS, USPS or other major carriers) to ensure your Unitool DIY tools and accessories are delivered quickly and safely.


Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A:

  • If all items are purchased in the same order, we will make every effort to ship them together in one package.

  • If products are purchased in different orders or on different days, they may be shipped separately and could arrive at different times.


Q: Can I change my delivery address after the product has already been shipped?

A: Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.

If you notice an address error before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it in time.


Q: What should I do if I receive a product that is different from what I ordered?

A: Please contact us immediately via email with the following:

  1. Your order ID number

  2. Clear photos of:

    • The shipping label on the outer package

    • The SKU/model number on the back or side of the Unitool product box

    • The product inside the box that you received

Q: I didn’t receive all the products I ordered. What should I do?

A: If part of your order is missing, please email us right away with:

  1. Your order ID number

  2. Clear photos of:

    • The shipping label on the outer package

    • The SKU/model number on the back or side of the Unitool product box(es)

    • All products you did receive laid out together

We will investigate the issue with our warehouse and shipping partners and arrange the missing item(s) or another appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
